pypy-unidecode software package provides ASCII transliterations of Unicode text (PyPy module), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install pypy-unidecode
pypy-unidecode is installed in your system.
Make ensure the pypy-unidecode package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep pypy-unidecode *
You will get with pypy-unidecode package name, version, architecture and description in a table
